Wildly Tasty Chicken Tater-tot Casserole
This recipe is a popular way to prepare
our WTC chicken breasts or reinvent your WTC left overs!
Ingredients
1 Wildly Tasty Chicken Breast Marinated 24 hours
Cooked or Left-Over Wildly Tasty Chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
or cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp Italian spices
1 tbsp Olive oil or butter
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 green onions sliced
3 medium carrots cut into strips
1 bunch green beans cut off ends
1 cup corn
½ cup chopped baby bell mushrooms
½ bag crispy crown tater-tots
Directions
Preheat oven and cook tater-tots according to directions
Heat skillet on stove add olive oil or butter and spices
Cook green beans, and carrots cook on medium
heat for 10 minutes stirring occasionally
Add corn, onion, and mushrooms to skillet
cook for additional 5 minutes continue to stir
In bowl combine chopped left-over chicken and
cream of mushroom soup
Coat a casserole dish with non-stick spray
Place chicken mixture on bottom, cover with
vegetables from skillet, top with cooked crispy
Crown Tater-tots (sprinkle favorite cheese on top)
Cover and place in oven for 20 minutes to heat through.
Serve
Spoon onto plates from dish
