Wildly Tasty Chicken Quick Recipe #2 - Chicken Pot Roast

Chicken Pot Roast

QUICK RECIPE 1               

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
Rinse Wildly Tasty Whole Chicken  or 
            favorite cut

Place rinsed potatoes, carrots, ¼ cut onions in bottom of in roasting pan (that has been spray coated)
Add ½ cup Wildly Tasty Chicken Broth & ½ cup white wine
                No time to make our broth from scratch?
                    Stock up on this ready to use broth:

Sprinkle: garlic salt, and pepper to taste
Place Chicken on top of vegetables
Drizzle olive oil over chicken
Sprinkle: garlic salt, and pepper to taste (or favorite rub)

Cook covered for 60 
Uncover and cook for 20-30 min
Check with meat thermometer (165 degrees F)

Rinse Wildly Tasty Whole Chicken

  bottom of in slow cooker (that has been spray
  coated)
Add ½ cup Wildly Tasty Chicken Broth &
   ½ cup white wine
Sprinkle: garlic salt, and pepper to taste
Place Chicken on top of vegetables
Drizzle olive oil over chicken
Sprinkle: garlic salt, and pepper to taste (or favorite rub)

Cook while you work
